The Catholic Center of Concern provides rent assistance, utility assistance, clothing, diapers,
newborn gift bags, and life-threatening prescriptions to those who qualify.
Rent - Huntsville Housing Helps
For help with rent assistance – please go to HuntsvilleHousingHelps.com and apply there. Please read the FAQ’s and requirements page before applying.
Utility
For utility assistance – please call our intake line during the following days/times:
Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday
9:00am – 11:00am AND 1:00pm – 3:00pm
LIFE-THREATENING PRESCRIPTIONS
For prescription assistance –
please fill out the application for medications on our Home Page.
Please make sure you fill out all of the information that is asked for.
The process will be quicker if we receive all necessary documents at one.
We will get back to you within 24 hours.
Please note there are restrictions on what drugs we assist with.
Clothing
Clothing is available to individuals once every 60 days.
Please fill out the Clothing Form on our Home Page.
It is available in English and Spanish.
You have to bring a Photo ID to shop.

Diapers
Diapers and wipes (when available) are given once every 30 days.
Please fill out the Diaper Form on our Home Page.
The form is available in English and Spanish.
You have to bring a Photo ID to receive diapers.
You can receive your items during office operating hours:
Monday – Friday
8:00am – 4:00pm
Newborn Gift Bags
New born gift bags containing all new items such as diapers, wipes, clothing,
bib, blanket, etc. are given to expecting mother approximately
3 weeks before due date and shortly after birth of baby.
Limit one gift bag per baby.
