How to Receive a Package

All requests begin with our intake process.

Please call 256-963-9355x102 Monday–Friday, 8 am – 3 pm before visiting our location. Our team will guide you through the next steps and confirm availability.

We ask that you contact us before arriving in person. Items you will need include:

  • Photo ID

  • Social Security card(s) if available

  • Infant information for our intake form

How to Support This Program

Donations of new baby items are always needed. Faith communities, schools, and civic groups are invited to host drives.
